When you really need to show that vegetable who's boss, show them the HD. Protein better be watching their back.
BEST FOR: this is made to stir-fry or saute and is great for larger chunks of meat and veg. Don't worry, it can handle the smaller dice too, and then easily scrape up any goodness left on the bottom.
The HD is about 12" long and 2" at the widest part and is made from ASH. I make them one at a time in my shop, and finish them in 100% walnut oil with no dumb petrochemicals or VOCs. This provides a beautiful matte food-safe finish.
